1. Standard Refund Policy

Our standard refund policy for desert safari bookings is as follows:

No-show on the day of safari No refund

Processing fees typically range from 2-4% of the booking amount, depending on the payment method used.

2. Group Bookings

For group bookings of 10 or more persons, special conditions apply:

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

In the rare event of extreme weather conditions that make it unsafe to conduct the safari, Desert Safari Dubai reserves the right to cancel the safari. In such cases, you will be offered the following options:
