Our standard refund policy for desert safari bookings is as follows:

Processing fees typically range from 2-4% of the booking amount, depending on the payment method used.
For group bookings of 10 or more persons, special conditions apply:

In the rare event of extreme weather conditions that make it unsafe to conduct the safari, Desert Safari Dubai reserves the right to cancel the safari. In such cases, you will be offered the following options:
The decision to cancel a safari due to weather conditions is made solely by Desert Safari Dubai management with safety as the primary concern.
If Desert Safari Dubai needs to cancel your booking for reasons other than weather (such as insufficient participants, vehicle breakdown, etc.), you will be entitled to:
If you are unable to participate in certain activities during the safari due to personal choice, physical limitations, or for any other reason not attributable to Desert Safari Dubai, no partial refunds will be issued.
